How to Change Case in Excel to Lower Case

STEP1: Type =LOWER(position of the text) in the ƒx box and press return

Text of one cell will be converted to lower case.


STEP2: To convert the entire column to lower case just Drag and Release.

STEP1: Select the text, do a right-click and press Copy option.


STEP2: Again, select the text do right-click and press Paste Special option.

STEP3: Further select Values option.
